In the year 2006, with just one klienweffer Calender line imported from Germany we started our journey in the field of Rigid PVC blister packing films suitable for pharmaceuticals and other packaging industries. After creating a stir in the market with our high-quality films and garnering more demand from our customers , we decided to import the Berstorff Calender line from Germany, one that is more sophisticated and delivers higher capacity.Today,we stand strong as a trusted name in the field of high quality rigid PVC film manufacturing. In India, there are only few manufactures of high quality cooling tower fill media. The idea of producing world-class PVC fill media was conceived in Surya Vinyl in 2018. With support from a team of a highly experienced engineers and technicians trained in Germany, we have developed India’s best manufacturing line, one that promises better productivity in a lesser turn around time. Currently, we are able to generate 3 types of fill media CT-12, CT-19 & CT-27. Besides, we are working towards creating more varieties that could meet the rising demands of cooling towers water treatment plants.
